Walsoorden DX-pedition on YouTube

Loading...
This DX site was created to let fellow dxer's know what we are up to while on DXpeditions in our former Walsoorden site (HOL) and the new site near Veurne, West Flanders, Belgium. We hope it inspires other dxers to try DXpeditions.

We travel to such locations to escape noise and to be able to put out long beverage antennas. Something we cannot do from home. DXpeditions take place several times a year. Usually in winter. Dxer's from Belgium and The Netherlands take the opportunity to dx from such rural dx location.

Are you interested in future dx trips? Get in touch with us. Send an email to us. We are always happy hearing from dxer's from other countries.

Spaghetti and not much dx

What can I say? Mevrouw Visser's excelled in making us all a fantastic feed of Spaghetti, but unfortunately nothing has jumped out of the pan and hit us in the face as far as dx is concerned. Australia has been noted on 4835 and now RRI Palangkaraya on 3325 khz at around 2212 UTC. No Brazil yet on MW but we are all looking and the night is still early.

Guido Schotmans pondering dx after retiring

Marc telling Guido about Tropical diseases in Togo

Paul enjoying stories about mussel eating and Sharks

Marc Vissers fully focused
Dave Onley squeezing every last drop of Jupiler Beer out of his glass.
Okay. We are here for the long haul doing alternative dx to what we usually do. Absolutely no FM dx this evening. The log periodic is up and a few logs will hopefully happen later.
